Gluten Free Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4t Salt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup of Non-Dairy Milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and then pour into pan.
  2. Makes 8 small pancakes.
  3. Sprinkle with fruit and toppings of your choice!
