This is an amazing recipe that you can make quickly to eat as a snack, as a spread or as a dessert served with frozen fruit slices and decorated nicely.
With only a few ingredients and blender or nutribullet you can put this together in no time at all (maybe 5 minutes total).
It’s not overly sweet, rich and creamy and HEALTHY!
- 1 Banana, ripe
- 1 Avocado, ripe
- 3 Tbsp Almond Milk (or other mylk)
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Mix all the ingredients together in your blender or nutribullet, blend and serve!
