Gluten Free Banana Oat Pancakes
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 Tbsp Flax seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4t Salt
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup of Non-Dairy Milk
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and then pour into pan.
- Makes 8 small pancakes.
- Sprinkle with fruit and toppings of your choice!
