Gluten Free Banana Oat Pancakes
1 cup Oats
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 cup of Non-Dairy Milk
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and then pour into pan.
Makes 8 small pancakes.
Sprinkle with fruit and toppings of your choice!
