Vegan grilled veggie naan pizza!
This is a flavour packed pizza that works well with any veggies you happen to have on hand. You can choose to lightly process for a chunkier pesto or blend more thoroughly for a creamier pesto.
Kale walnut pesto:
1 and half cup organic kale
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 and half tablespoon of powdered nutritional yeast or 1/4 cup flaked nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of hing
Blend pesto ingredients (if using a nutribullet place the walnuts on top of the kale and then flip to blend). While blending grill your choice of veggies on a panini grill (5 minutes!).
Spread pesto on naan bread, place veggies on top and presto!
